Apologies for not replying. Bluesky didn't notify that there was a comment on this post. An artist was chosen, but for future reference it's based on per panel due to every page varying in how many panels there are.

You'd only be coloring the main characters which all have simple designs. Any background character or complex panels that need to be colored will be colored by the owner, @darleenacanania.bsky.social.
