My wife says that I have frog legs. My quads are relatively developed, but calves and hamstrings take more effort for my body type. Here's my 415 squat from Tuesday this week. I'm 200 lbs, 56, and natural.

I was anxious about my top set, given how 315 lbs moved as a warmup. I had a 2x1 comp bench at 340 lbs prior to the top set & they didn't move well, either. I was able to lock in, though, and get used to bench commands. Here's 355 lbs competition bench. #BlackSkyFitness #Fitover55 #fitness
