Chrismas dinner for the veggie members of the family was a Butternut squash wellington.

Today I have made Mary McCartneys vegetarian party pie, always a star on the table as is Matt Tebbuts mice pie samosas. Also I made slow cooker barbecue turkey legs (an absolute triumph, and my own recioe) and some vegan Turkish delight

Tonight was chicken and ham pie, my recipe this time

Courgette Provencale with roast gammon and carrots, tasted far better than it looks ,presentation isn't my strong suit
