Short answer: Make sure in "advance color settings" you have this check box set. If you want to really enforce screen tones, you can export using Duotone(Toning), but screen tones will export in other color modes as long as you're using the proper Tone effect in your Layer Properties.

Today’s episode of City was possibly the wildest experiment I’ve seen in animation. Doing PiP for not one, but 6-7 concurrent mini-plots that all connect up to one huge wide shot at the end is ballsy, especially since we only got audio for a few of them on and off. What a time to be alive
