Just your daily reminder that in 2018 the IPCC said we had 12 years left to limit warming to 1.5 and now we have 5 years left and we should be more than halfway through our efforts and carbon and methane have to peek this year and start dropping by next year.

I was honoured to hear Jane speak last week at NYCW at the Explorer's club about youth and climate and biodiversity. She was amazing. I am so sad to hear about her passing away. 2025 can stop being garbage anytime now.

Is ANYONE out there trying to host a talk at the Canadian pavilion at Cop30? The Canadian government says I can get accreditation if I am speaking or hosting a talk. Please share! Help me Obi-wan, you’re my only hope.

Tomorrow is climate day at the UN that they booted me out of because I’m only 12 so I can’t talk about kids who need a liveable future. My mum asked what I thought would happen & I said they’re going to talk about how they can make money on the climate crisis & we laughed & laughed & cried a little
