Someone is making a lot of money building psycho’s dream prisons. And when psycho gets his Republican ramrods to pass the “Screw my Constituents” bill, the prison builders will get a nice tax break for their trouble (compliments of closed rural hospitals). It’s as American as (rotten) apple pie.
