I liked the dentist a lot and feel really good about working with her. I don't think it's easy for them asking about domestic violence but it's sadly necessary in this world. Kudos to her. ❤️

I think I'm still processing the shock of what I did to myself. I just had my 3rd bout of anxiety sweats and dry heaves today. I'm doing breathing exercises to try and get a grip. This too shall pass. Thank you so much for your kindness. ❤️

It was self inflicted. I spoke to the oral surgeon's office and booked 1st available to consult which unfortunately isn't until 10/31 but I got on the wait-list for cancellations. It reinforced that this is going to be a long, slow process.
