And it seems I’ve finally found what that is.
At the moment, I’m working on a format for storing language data and—here’s the exciting part—later on I’ll be building a toolkit based on CLDL.

Thought I'd share some Icelandic words I've been learning — rather chuffed with my progress so far!
- Halló = hello
- Þakk = cheers (informal)
- Já = yes
- Nei = no
- Bless = cheerio
- Vatn = water
- Brauð = bread
- Góð = good/kind
Absolutely brilliant language, isn't it?

I hasten to inform you that if someone tells you that nasal vowels are rare in English, THEY ARE MISTAKEN. The difference between English and, say, French in this respect lies only in the clarity of nasal articulation.
