Death hasnt been active since the death of its sole remaining founding member, Chuck Schildiner. But I am used to seeing things being rereleased. However, I saw the name of the track in the notification and knew this wasn't the same band. Not even close.

The first photo I took from the house just before we moved into it. I was staying there while I was working. We would arrive about 3 weeks later.
A snow covered driveway at night with a line of tall hedges with strings of holiday lights. There is several cm of undisturbed snow. The unplowed street is glowing under the street lapms. The hedges with the lights gives off a warm glow, despite it being a cold evening.

One difference between PIT and YYZ is that today, the day after a snow, most of the snow in the trees is still there. We're still in a "winter wonderland". In YYZ, it rarely stays in the trees because it's usually a dryer snow (colder) and the wind just blows it right out.

I miss doing this in Toronto.
A collage of three ornaments we just put on the Christmas tree. 1. Top left: a Tim Horton's cup ornament O bought at our local TH's at Bathurst & Finch. 2. Right: a laser cut wood ornament of the CN tower being climbed by a giant raccoon. (from Cry Wolf, Toronto) 3. Bottom left: a small wooden pair of red mittens with a maple leaf on one and "Canada" on the other. I bought this in Pearson on the way back to Atlanta just weeks before we moved to Toronto in 2017. I think this was supposed to be a keychain, but I made it into an ornament.

What is short for pusillanimous? What do we call a person who lacks courage? What do you call someone who is pusillanimous? What is female arousal fluid called in slang? Can pusillanimity be a good thing? What are the 12 rules of humility? What is a synonym for pusillanimity? Do virtuous people seem happier? What is a wet woman slang? When did the f word become a bad word? What's another word for a girl's private part? Then the web search results, starting with the Merriam-Webster dictionary… But the important part of this image is the list of questions.

Not that I'm complaining that she's leaving, but who knows who will be replacing her.

While resleeving, I listened to the 1st record I owned that wasn't a "kid" record. I had been hesitant to play it because I got it when I was six ('78) & 6yos playing it on an old GE kids record player didn't treat records kindly. Luckily, it's all light, surface wear and still enjoyable. #vinyl

The jacket of Underworld's "nuxx thirty" lying on my desk. The jacket is matte black with slick, shiny text of the artist and title. It's the 30th anniversary, this year, of releasing "born slippy (nuxx)". In the centre of the O in underworld, is a cutout. It is indeterminate what it actually is without sliding out the inner sleeve. It turns out to be a glossy photo of Underworld playing live, and an artist has gone over it with what would look like a paint pen to outline the members of Underworld, and the lights and the crowd next to the stage.
