Yes I think this is strong hypothesis, and I'd say it's even more so for disabled people. In the same way accessibility benefits everyone, I believe if we reduced the burden for disabled people, we would reduce the burden for everyone. This blog talks about this: gds.blog.gov.uk/2025/06/04/m...

Yes, but also framing as an opportunity if that makes sense - i.e. these problems are not unsolvable! This space has had *many* system maps previously but the "so what?" hasn't come through...

It's funny. When I asked for feedback from an excellent DM I was working with a few years ago they advised I should do less. It was an entirely different context but I've finally got around to considering and making sense of that feedback... The best time was then, the next best time etc...

find this fascinating, thanks for sharing. There's something about this that speaks to me about value as well, and how we measure that (usually govt saving money) vs the economic benefit of value creation in these unmeasured areas... An unformed thought in progress...
