Any modern radar is capable of putting a “fence” around known interference and ignoring returns from that spot. This argument is bulls*it.

This really isn’t a new thing, the Germans have an Air Defense school on Ft. Bliss Texas. (May have moved to Ft. Sill by now). I’m sure there are other examples.
