Visited Clowne, Derbyshire today and at a local pub called "The Travellers Rest," there was a food truck who sold tacos including a vegan one which was delicious! Great flavours, great heat and so fresh. They're called "Amalia's Taqueria," and were absolutely lovely. www.amaliastaqueria.co.uk
