this one kills me. washing chicken has been so thoroughly debunked it pains me to see anyone under 70 do it

to say nothing in the absolutely unnecessary one time use plastics or the unnecessary expense just touch the chicken, then wash your hands and any surface they touched then move on to the next prep step

the thing about your bare skin is you can feel that your hands are dirty. your brain registers that you need to clean your hands before touching something else

congrats on your bare skin not touching the raw chicken but you immediately picked up your garlic powder, onion powder, oregano are you sanitizing these?? no you’re not what are you doing
