Just writing a few thoughts for myself, likely mostly about cats or books.
I haven't had a flat yet, and my arthritic hands are definitely not capable of changing a tire. I dread the day it happens. Interesting that AMA has bike towing.

When I go to my rheumatologist, the unmasked front desk asks me why I am masked. I mask everywhere, but I guess their assumption is I am sick. If they are so scared of sick people I'm not sure why they aren't taking precautions of their own 🤷‍♀️

I also went the hardware store route for my foster kittens' litter box. It's cheap so when it's time to throw away it won't be too much of a loss, and big enough to handle a large litter.

I bought very similar litter boxes last year and have been happy with them. I also spent quite a few hours researching! My biggest cat is 6.7kg (a little chunky but mostly just big), and she had some over the box spillover, but that's mostly been eliminated with the stainless steel boxes.

I was considering holding off reading the books until after the entire show series was done. But then life got progressively crappier over the past month, so I alternate between watching S1 and 2 (4th watch through since late Feb) and reading the books (starting 3rd read through since late March).

Same with on Teams. I check the messages and always respond, so why do you need to go @'ing me!

A few months back a trio of coyotes were after the skunk that lives under my front stairs. Thankfully the skunk made it safely back to its den, but the skunk smell was potent enough to wake me up in the middle of the night and lead to 48hrs of smell in the house 🦨

I really live the show Silo on Apple tv, and the books the show is based on, Wool, Shift and Dust by Hugh Howey.
Like others in this thread, I also love my cats.

Makes sense. I like dystopia tv shows as a palette cleanser from our current global hellscape.

I haven't been as actively following Moo Deng lately since life has been quite busy/trying to spend a bit less time online. I can't believe how big she is now!

My covid conscious friend and I are going to visit, at either my place or hers. We usually talk about public health and cats.
Otherwise, my celebrations will include being appreciative that my spouse and I are on the same page about health precautions.
