This is the Trump Act (Florida SB20252Be1) and it looks like they're going to bribe law enforcement in order to get them to collaborate willingly with DHS... But I'm not a lawyer so I'll just leave this here and wait for y'all's opinion.

I lived there at the time. I'm having trouble finding it, but Manassas ended up giving a PSA saying they will no longer enforce their immigration policy because their economy failed - hard. Now imagine that on a national scale 😦
