They might go through the motions of “opening an investigation,” but maybe not. This guy and his toadies have been violating federal law and the US Constitution multiple times a day since the inauguration (and of course, before that as well). Why even bother with a pretext at this point?

Absolutely bizarre the lengths they go to ignore the Katie Johnson lawsuit. Two sworn affidavits submitted to a court of law (and, I believe, a sworn deposition). That is “evidence of wrongdoing”. It doesn’t stop being evidence just because she dropped the lawsuit.
