I thought about leaving this in place for all to see (and upon writing this, I now believe I should have) but it felt special to me when picking up trash outside. I don’t know if anyone else would have appreciated it as much as I did. Good Beer Hunting’s article from yesterday came to mind.

A fantastic smoked beer from the Chicago burbs. I literally hate cars, so I’m not sure about checking out the taproom, but I’ll take all the smoke beer they dish out.

The care put into the foam at Seedz Brewing in Michigan is, in all honesty, the main attraction for me. The beer is great, but they are at the forefront of the game when it come to foam being central to the experience of drinking beer. #foamissexy
