I think it's just difficult for dealing with consequences but now things are sillier the punishments I can dish out can be sillier in turn which allows me to give the world rules without forcing them to act a certain way

As an example: the main group of bandits they fought were a group of artists stealing trinkets to sell to afford to buy buckets of blue paint. I got to have my fun think about how blue is rare dye and commodity and they got to have their schenangains
