I was already skeptical they could make a decent follow-up in the series. Now that they're owned by the SA PIF, I have zero interest.

I like that he specifies "no coupons", because most class action lawsuits are crap like that, lol. Anti-trust is a big no-no (at least when we catch them at it), so hopefully this actually hits them where it hurts and gets some people an actual refund.

In the comics, the F4 only occupy the top 5 floors of the building. The rest is apartments and commercial businesses, like most NYC buildings in Manhattan.
