Faerie Artisans is a 2/2 Faerie Artificer creature that cost 3 generic and 1 blue mana. They have the oracle text: flying. Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield under an opponent's control, create a token that's a copy of that creature except it's an artifact in addition to its other types. Then exile all other tokens created with Faerie Artisans. Surge to victory is a sorcery that cost 4 generic and a pair of red mana. This sorcery has the oracle text: Exile target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard. Creatures you control gets +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is that card's mana value. Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player this turn, copy the exiled card. You may cast the copy without paying it's mana cost. Rushed rebirth is a instant that cost a black and a green mana to cast. Rushed rebirth have the oracle text: Choose target creature. When that creature dies this turn, search your library for a creature card with lesser mana value, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle. Aminatou's Augury is a sorcery that cost 6 generic and a pair of blue mana to cast. It's oracle text says: Exiles the top eight cards of your library. You may put a land card from among them onto the battlefield. Until end of turn, for rexh nonland card type, you may cast a spell of that type from among the exiled cards without paying it's mana cost.

No major changes to the Brackets this time, but we've been working on clarifying some of the ~*vibes~* around each Bracket, including adding "safe turns" and delineating expectations for decks, win conditions, and gameplay.

We've also removed tutor restriction from 1 & 2.
