The one and only:

A variation on chankonabe:

- 400ml broth (dashi/chicken/veg)
- 200g tofu (or chicken)
- 70g noodles
- veg of any kind (I use bell peppers, mushrooms, bok choi)
- soy sauce
- a boiled egg

Cook broth with noodles and soy, add tofu, 5 min, add veg and cook 1min at most after.
