Most of the companies working on quantum computing still don't use PICs, they actually struggle to downsize the system and have very little knowledge in integrated photonics. They say they want to do it, but not many actually already are.

Beautiful! I'd never have the patience of changing nail polish so often 😅 and for sure I wouldn't apply it so well!

I thought about 💡: bringing a glass tube, filling it with water and showing how laser light stays confined in the tube when the angle of incidence is greater than the critical angle; entering the classroom with a clean room suit if I can find one and simply (?) explain sth about how chips are made.

One of the biggest issues I have is his conflict of interest of being National Head Coach while also being main coach and co-founder of the Brixia Club, which also hosts the only International Academy in Italy. I mean... He kind of forces everyone to move there and then compete for his club!

I'm happy Italy did so well at the last Olympics, but the problem is that internally that gives credit to Casella's methods. There is really no real win. I wish they'd replace him
