Oddly I think Mr. Carter was just in San Antonio at yet another APTA conference while now working for a hospital.
I've seen a CTA car in Wood Dale parked on a residential street every afternoon.
I reported it one to the IL OIG but they lazily referred me back to the CTA.
Of course the FOIA request by the Trib was finally replied to AFTER his resignation was effective.
