Have just finished this awesome Aussie crime thriller by Benjamin Stevenson. Oh my giddy aunt, it was a great read. Can definitely recommend it. #readmorefiction #itsgoodforyourbrain

Spent the day in Sydney while youngest daughter was on set (she’s been cast in a small indie film), so I went to a wildlife park and saw my first quokka, my first bustard, and a very very very young Joey.

(there’s no real point to this skeet. Just thought the place could do with some light whimsy.)

Can anyone explain why or how my terracotta pot turned white over night? I didn’t paint it. I we t to bed and it was normal terracotta colour and this morning it was chalky white. What?? How??

I spent many many years studying art. I loved creating art. And then I stopped. Both loving it and creating it. Something inside me lost the joy. And then a little while ago, I felt the urge to pick up a 4B graphite pencil. And I drew this. And I realised...I still love doing art.
