We bricked my mum's iPad doing this..Password rejected (all her passwords written in a book, so I know it was correct). Apple call centre insisted on talking to mum to unblock( she was largely non-verbal in a care home,at this point)
Result..bricked iPad.

The right response, but I fear more motivated by Nats not requiring an Immigrant "bogyman"...they have Maori filling that role. Besides, those Immigrants have a propensity to become Nat voters...but if the politics dictates, they'll readily throw them under a bus.

Bishops argument about voters losing "faith", essentially saying the Regional Councils have lost legitimacy, could as easily be applied to Central Govt in its current state..... actually, that's the path the Right are essentially on, attacking democratic structures....very Trumpian.

Great that it is,the UK has many problems, but none greater than Fleet Streets malign influence...& I say that as someone who spent 20+ years working in the Press.

How can media not "Edit" Trumps incoherent ramblings...he often says the most extreme things(whistling dog), then moments later, contradicts himself...it's his cover(you could almost say Superpower).

I call it "Porn Lighting"...no subtlety at all, just flood it with Light. It's the opposite of a budget issue...they've spent BIG on casts & sets and want to show every "nook & cranny", whereas restraint & properly crafted Light would be more filmic, & prob' cheaper...thou Cinematog' may cost more?

Agreed...generally. But Simplicity are - from my limited perspective - good guys!
PPE is a proven rort, but if we're gonna be subject to it then better it be Kiwi based with revenue going to Kiwi Savers...it's essentially the model of the old Lab Norman Kirk Super Scheme.
