I hate to whine about my life and work these days, especially when I won't be doing anything about this issue. I'm just so tired of being looked down on by someone who is shit at their job and takes it out on me when I'm training to be a professional in the kitchen that we both work in.

I used to just say "ok" when she talked down on me, but since I started talking back at her she's just gotten 10 times worse.
She's received more than one warning for her overall lack of professionalism and she just keeps going except now she's nice and encouraging when our boss in here.

I just find it so fucking rude and demotivating to talk down on someone who is in training, especially when she knows how focused I am on my speed in the kitchen, and ESPECIALLY when I am faster than she is at this point.

Last week, I finished my station at record speed and I felt so good about being done so quick compared to how slow I used to be.
I then started making soups for our freezer and this coworker told me I shouldn't bother cause I'm too slow.

I did it anyway and finished 30 min before I got off work. 😤

Our animals are family and it's been so nostalgic to look back. Even just older photos of Sammy who is 9 months in a week, he's grown so big already and I love him and all of our other pets so much. 😭
