Crosby Farm Fishing Pier(St.Paul)
Initially I was under the impression it was going to be on the Mississippi near the 35E Bridge. While it is going to be near there, it will actually be on Crosby Lake near the yellow dot on this map.

It WAS in a strip mall in Brooklyn Park. But after the kid got killed by police in Uptown, the owner said fuck Minnesota(direct quote) and moved back to Texas.

It remains the ONLY legit seafood boil spot ever to grace the TC. There was a reason Vikes players hung out there. From the quality of the seafood to the crack cajun garlic butter sauce it was addicting.
I will never get over it closing.
