I have one request if at all possible: Any chance of more new variants in addition to the N20C? Maybe some non-clantech refits for the ilclan era?

Got the series right. AC4 in particular, but AWACS SkyEye does make repeat appearances later on, I think. Easy to get 'em confused!

A lot of it has to do with them being racist as hell, and 'freedom' to them was a kayfabe idea of being better than other people.
That's all it was to them. Just a way to justify being 'superior.'

Absolutely. I could tell that even from my casually poking at the single-player several years ago. This is back from when Capcom was Capcom, instead of being capcpom.

It's a fun thought! A few SRW games play with it, too. Plenty of times where Amuro shows up in the RX-78-2 and does just fine with it for a good half of the game or more.

This is a side topic, but I like how some more in-depth Gundam games handle this idea. A lot of the 'G Generation' games make the RX-78 viable well into mid-Zeta era, letting it hang out with the Nemo and GM Custom just fine.

The funniest thing is your rules list is mostly optional reading anyway; deciding to just NOT be a confrontational jerk to you will cover about 75% of what you're concerned about.
