Personally I'd rather see whole sections of it turned into community gardens or at least gardens that contributed to community like Michelle Obama did.

I'm curious how you see AI fizzling... Serious question, not trying to have a go at you.
The use of it instead of google I can see reducing as it's often inaccurate. AI availability to individuals is a novelty that may wear off in terms of people "playing" with it. What else do you see?
