I’ve never seen a pony purposely pin someone against a fence and squish them. Also rearing and attempting double barrel kicks. I think this pony must have killed a child and been dumped lmao

Ok I tested the pony yesterday and was like, I guess it’s halter broke and picks up its feet - we’ll get it a trim.

Tango had a bug in her ear that was bothering her so I was messing with it, brought over the swat which she sniffed and absolutely hated, then Rachel cut on a power tool and Tango was ✌️ OUT

1 Pixie the little bay got adopted out and is going to be a mountain trail pony
2 Snickers the chestnut has chilled out considerably and is halfway through the adoption process with someone rn
3 got a new pretty pony to train. I’ll be taking her to a clinic next weekend!

My Feral guy now will walk towards me, with hesitation of course, and lets me move around a bit without flying backwards. We also got hit by a dust devil and he didn’t kill me so 10/10

I emailed the old rescue trainer for advice on the feral creature I still can’t ride and she answered essentially “yeah that sounds like her. She’s like Tango. Whatever you’ve done to Tango do that” lol

I took her on a Warwick Schiller 50ft trail ride and gave her a little tiny bit of alafala and she walked calmly on a loose rein the entire time. Amazing
Blown up barrel horse scared the piss out of her potential adopter so they bailed. Cannot blame them. I don’t want to ride the horse either though
