LFC hospitality at its best. I've had Chinese pork & haddock fishcakes to start, steak & ale pie and beef curry with rice for main and just got room for a little cupcake. How posh is this? Dunno how much it costs but it's definitely the way forward ❤️

I know I harp on about swimming a lot. Swimming has so many benefits. Look at this fella. Check that weight loss out. 50 lengths a day easily wipes out weight. If Ur reading this and aged between 25-50 yrs old, swimming is a good way to build core strength. Core strength is vital when U reach 50s ❤️

Yeah had it built not long ago. My kind neighbour provided free labour. My cats can go out in the garden, no fighting, no killing birds and mice and not getting run over which would break my heart. They are my little companions and deserve a nice life ❤️ I cannot suggest it enough for Ur cat / dog

Empty pool this week has allowed me to notch up... 13k for the week, over 5 sessions, over 1.5 mile a day. Smashed 2.8k today alone. Just couldn't get up to 3k 😂😂 arms started going floppy

D day at the hospital today. 2 surgeons want me to have surgery. The severed bicep on my right arm and a fusion. Confident I've built up too much muscle in my back to operate 😂😂 hopefully this Dr is going to agree to another cortisone injection in my shoulder. Surgery, going under, scares me rigid
