Fingers crossed we shall be offering a walking tour of the Rows as part of #Rowvember that explains the Rows as a system and looks at the development of some individual buildings, eg 38 Watergate St ('Katie's Tea Rooms).

A tiny item in the Gladiators exhibition, from #Farndon: a #Roman carnelian intaglio showing a fallen soldier wearing a gladiatorial helmet and holding a shield towards a large feline. The silver pendant setting may be #Earlymedieval. @findsorguk.
