i feel u. monetizing on web is hard.
if it's not ads, it's either subscriptions or sponsors. most users hate both ads and subscriptions.
sponsors are a great middle ground, but it's so hard to secure sponsors consistently long term 🥲

as a web dev, i prefer inter simply because its a free webfont. which guarantees that my site uses the same font on all platforms
whereas for helvetica I'm sure u could purchase the webfont license somewhere but that's probably out of budget for 99% of projects 🙃
