You’ll get there! Cold turkey is the only thing that works for me with most things. And also it’s only for 2 weeks. I’m always a bit bummed because we are going to a couple of festive things and I can’t do the coffee or sweets things. Boo! Again…only 10 days left. The Christmas!!!! Whoot!

I feel this. And honestly for once in my life I’m not going to take the high road. I’m done with that. We are going to be ok. I think we just need to be the helpers now. For those that can’t. Love you!

Ha! It’s not too bad. Day 2 here I come! I’m hoping it has the same effect as lowering my salt intake. Makes it hard to eat out more. Too salty!
