Not off the top of my head. In general, terrorism is far too broadly applied and it dilutes from the horror of its pure form. This definition and irregular warfare come from Adam Garfinkle of Univ. of Pennsylvania and the Foreign Policy Research Institute. Not my original.

Irregular warfare is violent action by non nation state groups against military or non-civilian targets. Tom’s US Cole is a perfect example. Attacking border guards, irregular warfare. Killing civilians in their homes or at the market, terrorism.

Friend who was USC fan waited tables during a Kansas-UCLA Game, he rooted for UCLA for the firs time in his life. Two years later, Kansas plays Penn, and Penn’s point guard kept the game tight for a half. Kansas fans cheered when he got injured in the 2nd half. Rock, chalk, dirt bag.
