You can think what you want, and make your own decisions. I would bet that that father is still angry. But what i see is someone who is genuinely dedicated and engaging with religion in a way that he believes is authentic. I don’t think you should be mad at people for that. Even if you may disagree.

Wrong. After this tweet I will be charging my dentist a 50% tariff on all services he provides me. My costs will go up in the short and long term. But I think I will be better off because of these tariffs.

There’s wrong and then there’s worse. Unfortunately those are the options. It’s better to back the horse that gets you closer to what you want than no horse at all.
