"Affordability" from retiree's perspective. Feed myself & 2-4 elderly/disabled SNAP neighbors 5 days a week.

* $857.84, minus~$150 personal (shampoo, OTC, TP, etc.).
* LAST Nov, groceries cost ~$430 for same people, except cooked 6 days a week

A rescue "brother from another mother". He can't smile like his larger former identical rescue brother (deceased), but he talks, a LOT, and gives awesome kisses! Also, the tongue thing 🤣

14" snow in NW IN today. My pup's weiner too cold to pee today. 🤣 Luckily, I'm blessed with AWESOME neighbors, some SNAP, that I try to feed, that dug my pup & I out. SIL had sent grocery gift card. Gave it to neighbor SNAP family. She asked if she could share it with other SNAP. ❤️ MATTERS!

My rescue pup SO ❤️. 1.3 yrs ago, viciously attacked by 3 pit bulls when stooped to poop near renter's yard. Guy let his unleashed, unchained dogs loose in his UNFENCED yard.
*Bloody yesterday/Relaxed today.
*SO GRATEFUL for 7+ neighbors that rescued him with their mops, brooms & metal bat!

Took 3 yrs (attacked 1.5 yrs after rescue by neighbor's 3 unleashed pit bulls from his unfenced yard, that also attacked ME & neighbors that rescued my pup).
SO GRATEFUL for my pup's friends!
