Oh but he will. He wants to control every country in the hemisphere. He already made comments about the cartels running Mexico and that we/USA may need to do something about it.

Is there really a $30,000 bounty? And if it was just voted to increase ICE budget, why are they transferring FEMA dollars to build concentration camps (I mean detention facilities)?
