I think you are right in your assessment - he reminds me of Joe Clark. PC's are about fiscal responsibility but not this "nanny state" stuff. Help people until they can help themselves knowing some people will always need help. We had lots of good people in politics in the past, in all the parties.

I hate Harper - vile. We need the Progressive Conservatives back - enough of this Neo-Pseudo-Con. I grew up in Bill Davis's Ontario, I got well educated, good health care. People would not view me a successful person, but I learned to be kind and to know we need to look after each other.

He was our MP for decades, I really think my husband it right about this. He looks more like Harry Potter with the glasses on. We are in sad shape - however did birds manage for a millennia with a right wing and a left wing - it makes you wonder.
