Seeing Biden, Bush, Harris, Pence, Gore (I didn't see anyone else in the pictures I saw) at Cheney's funeral made me cry thinking back to a time when our elected leaders weren't people who would (and should) be excluded from the funeral of a former leader.

Although I would love for the case to be dismissed on the merits--I will take a dismissal based on misconduct and expiration of the statute of limitations.

If they redact documents as badly as they draft legal documents there will be a lot of info that doesn't get deleted.

HOW can these attorneys be so bad? Afirst year law student would know you don't draft declarations out of thin air without the person signing knowing what it says. Have I drafted declarations in the past? Yes. But I made damn sure the person signing read it. Should be a basis for bar action.

Sigh: I've used a document management program for 18 years that has been acquired by another software company who is now sunsetting the program. I think I'm gonna be forced to buy their "updated" program which costs 10x as much.
