I had perfect viewing conditions - dark, clear skies in Northwestern Ontario. At about 11pmCDT, saw at least 2 dozen in 30 minutes. Came in after 30 minutes when my whiskey glass was empty. Also, it was -27°C

Last night in Kenora was incredible, from 10pm to midnight, 2 hours of nonstop thunder/lightning, before a short break, then more storms overnight. Distant t-storm currently. Helluva sky performance.
