This is probably gonna sound really fucking cheesy but black metal has actually helped alot with my personal religious trauma. Idk how to explain it, the Satanic and pagan lyrics sorta hit me with a sense of community and a feeling of "hey, you're not alone, so go do ur corpsepaint"
