Nope, I just connect it whenever I start to run out saving enough of the tail to weave in and I’m doing it as I go so there’s nothing to weave in when I finish 😊

It’s just a basic granny square pattern, 3 dc/3 treble crochet UK. I’ve continued using my minis until they ran out and then just grabbed a new one.

Aww thank you! I’m using 2 strands of fingering weight yarn held together and a US I/5.5mm hook, I have a tight crochet gauge so if you don’t you may find an H/5mm more to your liking.
