Apparently the Chocolate Crunch Kashi GO tastes like a less sweet Cocoa Pebbles and I am OBSESSED.
One is fully completed! I ran out of white thread and couldn't quilt the fourth one, so I figured I would test adding ribbon to one to make sure I could aim well enough, otherwise I'd have bought wider ribbon when I bought more thread.

The progress I made today; Got the back side/reverse put together and sewn for all four placemats, and got one attached together front and back with batting between.
Learned a lot, so the other 3 will be better. :3
