I've realized that west and east coasts families moving to Oklahioma is driving our housing market up. They gladly take the proceeds from their $$700K + California home sale and gladly pay say, $300K for a modest 3bdr 2bath 2,500sq ft home here in Oklahoma. Often a new build.
