Also, I don’t really cycle because I don’t have any bike/walking paths away from motor vehicles and don’t like riding on roads with traffic. I prefer walking where I’m going against traffic.

Any kind of strength training is the bane of my existence. I also need tissues when I jog/run because my nose will get runny (I’m usually okay if just jogging in place at home) It also tires my calves a lot.

I’m 39 and was just diagnosed with Autism and Inattentive Type ADHD in May, after wondering about possible ADHD that fell under the radar as a kid. I say AuDHD as a short-hand for the combo, similar to how ADHD itself is shorthand.
