To all my friends who are also Costco members. Call now and tell them to stand strong. I called and spoke with a lovely staff member who stated that they are tabulating all the responses (so far overwhelmingly positive). And don’t forget the 3 hr time delay from the east coast!
Thanks to those who pointed me to the right info! I called 425-313-8100 and spoke to a person (!!) who thanked me for my feedback and forwarded me to the place where she said they are logging those calls. I spoke to another actual person who loggedme; script in next post for other shy folks.
