As a former stagehand having been part of and even in charge of large events, this kind of crowd behavior is unfortunately typical. I've been through large venue fire trainings where we've had to acknowledge the harsh realities of crowd behavior.

Interesting that it appears the order does still allow federalization, just not deployment.

Are there any federal FGM cases brought since the last 2020 changes to the law that have stood in court? The last one I know of, Nagarwala, was thrown out due to lack of jurisdiction in 2021 on the 4th indictment? Nothings a guarantee with this SC makeup, but it's way outside normal scope.

While I certainly use SSDs for their speed advantage, I still store all of my critical data on spinning rust on my home NAS as well as off-site. While the issues with long-term data retention on SSDs has been greatly exaggerated, it is a problem. www.xda-developers.com/psa-leaving-...
PSA: When it comes to old SSDs, it's use it or lose it
The longer that old SSD is unplugged, the greater the risk to your data.

I'd pay more for the whole project if it came with the adapter by default, which would make it more flexible.

I love this idea. The panel layout is great! Would you consider offering a color-matched 3.5"->5.25" bay adapter? Both systems I'd use this in have their only 2 3.5" front facing slots already in use with internal floppy+zip or floppy+LS120 drives, and finding nice beige adapters is difficult.

A truly glorious beastie that didn't deserve to die. My only complaint is the lack of a VESA mount... :P

I already run Mint on other machines that aren't main drivers, such as my older Acer 22" touch screen beastie that was my mother in law's that's now my workstation compy because of the touch screen being 2 standard US letter pages big. GREAT for PDF schematics, etc while I work!

The big debate I'm having right now with myself is that I do not want the privacy invasions of Windows 11. Windows 10 is already bad enough IMHO. I'm going to try Mint full time for 3 months minimum on my main machine, but the goal is to also be usable for my non-tech family.

From a legal standpoint, since the customers are not actually using SNAP benefits to make any payments, I believe the rule wouldn't even apply....

Feel however you like about what he said or did, but this is not ok in a Democracy. In a Democracy there is proper due process. This isn't it.
