I have so much for which to be thankful, but as I sit at my kitchen island, drinking coffee, listening to Mexican music while planning out tonight’s feast, with my kids home & asleep upstairs & the smell of breakfast in the oven, I’m especially thankful that I didn’t marry into a Turkey Trot family.

I don’t want to brag but I beat Mike Tyson in the 80s while playing Mike Tyson’s Punch-Out!! on my Nintendo Entertainment System. 🥊
