Ugh. It’s exhausting to brace for the chaotic,destructive headlines all day😢 And it is hard NOT to do this. Was soooo relieved when Biden was elected because I knew my nervous system could relax, but not anymore - back to the horror, terror, embarassment, anger and revulsion on the daily.

1) Break apart the government.
